Happy (almost) 5th birthday to The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky. Falcom released the PSP version in Japan back in September 2006. When the game launched The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky had an initial shipment of 30,000 units. Now, the single title that spawned a series of its own reached 200,000 copies. It isn’t clear if this figure also includes North American sales.
Falcom has quite a fanbase now since The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Blue, the next game in the series, already passed 200,000 retail orders and it doesn’t come out in Japan until September 29.
Really nice for such a title, and a lot of that must be western sales as it wasn't big hit in Japan orginally.
Also I wonder if that 200k already includes European shipments as Ghostlight is finishing preparations to publish it in EU.
Oh well as soon as they release it they get +1 sale from me :D
