I really do want a pistol attachment, as it'd make RE:UC a lot more fun I think. It's just more entertaining to hold a fake gun instead of just the Wiimote...brings us back to arcade memories.

The only worry I have for most of these is if there's enough weight in the grip...it seems like the Wiimote would make the front of the gun heavier...making it a pain to hold for extended sessions.

What someone needs to make is a pistol attachment that uses the port on the Wiimote, so they can add extra buttons and assign them to A, -/+, 1 and 2 [or at least three of them].. also the trigger could be assigned to B instead of the shitty cheap mechanical way.
