Well, once upon a time Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia were indeed the world, so it's not fundamentally wrong.

Slightly outselling =/= doination, 360 doesn't even sell 1.5x other consoles in it's strongest region, now wii or ps3 vs 360 in japan now that's domination.
