to me it looks in the mirror as if her arms are actually tied behind her back and photoshopped to look as if they are at her hip. you can even see some fingers sticking out on the left side of her forearm

Those fingers would be the hand resting on the counter. You will notice that in the mirror, her other arm (the one not behind her back) goes below the level of the visible hand; it doesn't look as if they could be tied at the wrists. On the other hand, the angle of the photo must be pretty weird for us to be able to see the guy's arm, but not the girl's arm (apparently hidden behind her other arm). I wouldn't have thought the mirror would give us that reflection given the way we see the couple in the foreground.

Exactly. We should see the 2 arms of the "real" girl as they are in the mirror but there is only one.

Huh?
Looks fine to me, her left arm goes below the guys elbow so it is naturally blocked by her right arm in the non-mirror image.

We see the hand of the guy and we also see her hair but where is her arm? The arm that in the mirror is under the guys hand and over her hair. We should see it but it's gone.

It's over her hair in the mirror, but would be behind from the camera. From the camera her body is side-on, and she is bending her arm backwards in the same way she is with her right arm, you can see her wrist is bent in the mirror, so her left arm is blocked by her right.... I drew it in where it is. (you can see her left hand so it's obvious where it ends)
I was looking at it trying to figure out if people were seeing ghostly faces in the marks on the mirror and trying to work out if the screwed up paper on the sink-top was a nappy.
