That is not the "new" iphone.

Go there, that is reportedly the new lower end iphone4 that will be launched as a cheaper model to combat the low-end Androids.

In other words, next month Apple will launch two devices. A low-end iphone4 and a new iPhone5 (or 4S or whatever it gets called).

Here's the link to these pictures with the real story.

Here's the link to the only suggest shot so far of the actual iphone5.

I think we must wait the iPhone 5 to see something different...

I have a old Samsung phone and I'm very happy with. So, I prefer to put money into videogames or others but it's always funny to see the smarphone world evolution. 500$ for a phone...not for me !

Thanks for your answers...

Does anyone flat out buy the phone for the selling price?  Contracts are the way to go for my $100 iphone.

ok......

Oh Apple, you're so amazing!

But you're still behind companies like Activision or EA in the 'innovation' department.

I don't really understand the craze behind cell phones. My house phone bill is 20 dollars for unlimited long distance/local calls. Now that's something to be excited about.

My mobile phone bill is $19 Australian for unIimited of everything I use it for, which includes mobile internet.

Face it, mobile phones are cheaper, and can do more.

OT - If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Lucky for you. Where I live those phone plans are outrageously over priced. Then again I do pay like 40 dollars a month for 700 kbps internet :)
