It's impossible to make a top 10 hottest women because there are SO many hot women! For example, the girls (yes girls, they're twins) in my profile pic would easily top most people's top ten because they're a new face, but once they find another hot girl they will replace them from their top ten. I know it's your opinion but it's kinda fail to put Kim Kardashian there. She's 100% fake pretty much everything. I find natural lips, butt and breasts more attractive than artificial ones.

EDIT: Though I will agree with one thing; Jessica Alba is one of the hottest women to exist in ALL TIME. Her middle name is Perfection for a reason.

Also i was kinda confused when choosing Kim Kardashian mainly because nothing about her is natural anymore. :(
