I ifnd it impossible to compile a list like that. There are just so many amazing women out there, and in lots of different styles, there's no way to choose. But these lists are lacking in brazilians :P

Also, I hate to be anti-practical, but the hottest women in the world are probably not celebrities.

Hmmm there's soooo many hot girls it would be impossible for me to pick a top 10 really. At the end of the day I"m not really into skinny girls at all though.
