Record of Agarest War Zero? yeah I played and reviewed it, it's a real low budget RPG with less than Disgaea 3 quality sprites and the still images used for dialogue lack emotion. Gameplay-wise it's pretty difficult (characters die in basically every fight) and requires a good amount of grinding to get through but there is some strategic thinking involved even if random chance can very often bone over all your careful positioning and planning.

I personally like quite a few on the PSP. Jeanne D'arc is my all time fav srpg follwed by Disgaea:AoD, FFT:WotL.
