yeah super ultra mvc3 arcade edition will come for sure...but all I wanted was strider...might wait a bit and buy this for cheaper anyways :P not much free time nowadays

Goddamn it..... the most famous and recognizable Capcom character will not be in the game...
"We could not find the best move set for Megaman to fit in a fighting game" ...lame Capcom, he´s been on other fighting games before, yet they are smart and creative enough to put Phoenix wright on the game, defending himself with the power of the law.
I would be super pissed if it wasn´t for strider, love him.

You might be in luck. I am not however- I want Gene, but Vergil is a good addition. Glad I didn't buy vanilla edition.

BIG SLAP IN THE FUCKING FACE FROM CAPCOM ON CHARACTER CHOICES...
I never really cared about the Capcom side of characters. My focus from MvC has always been the Marvel side and how good characters they can include for the franchise.
After MvC3 was released and over at Capcom Unity we started talking about DLC characters and I was a major supporter of Ms Marvel, Psylocke and Emma Frost. They did a big poll to see the Top 5 most wanted Capcom and Marvel characters for DLC and Ms Marvel made it to Top 5 at 5th place, just narrowly edging Psylocke at 6th place.
From the Capcom Top 5, looks like Capcom actually added 4 of the Top 5, Vergil, Phoenix Wright, Strider and Frank West. The one who didn't make it was MegaMan.
From the Top 5 Marvel, they added only Ghost Rider... The Top 5 were Gambit, Venom, GR, Carnage and Ms Marvel...
They did say they will consider and look into the poll results so taht's why Im mentioning this and the fact that Capcom Top 5 got most in and Marvel didn't isnt too pleasing...
I mean fuck fine, if you didnt want to add more X Men characters such as Gambit, Psylocke, Cyclops, etc because there already is a lot in MVC3, at least add others like Ms Marvel.
MS MARVEL would have been enough for me to buy Ultimate MVC3. Damn serious. And I really did think she would have a bloody good chance of getting in.

So right now it's very questionable as to whether I'll get this... If Capcom decides to add more characters through future DLC after UMVC3, then I'll buy.

but I get what you mean...I have no idea what phoenix wright is doing in this game..none whatsoever...and gambit would have been SWEEEEEEEEEEEET! remember playing him on xmen vs campcom ages back...he was my fave..forgot the name of his main attack but it was awesome!

Not sure if it is easy to add marvel characters, or maybe for the third version.

sorry to disappoint but they're been doing this thing since they were formed, on all platforms no exepctions.
