Torment is absolutely a masterpiece ( but computer RPG is different from japanese RPG ).

Faery Tale Adventure on the Amiga owned all RPGs past, current, and future. No reason to try and make a better one...

I really like Terranigma. It's a great game, but you have to understand that Chrono Trigger is my favorite game ever... and Terranigma is a speck in the dust to me when I compare it with CT (as is any RPG). The art, the story, the music, and the originality of Chrono Trigger have yet to be matched in an RPG both past and present.
