and if all our newspapers are doing this then it's about time they all woke up and realised there not above the law, i don't hold this against all the people working with NotW i'm sure the vast majority of them arn't involved in this the ruling elite that control all of the papers need a wake up call and hopefully this is the start of it

Allow people to not be manipulated, and we know how many easily lead idiots we have in society, papers don't help pushing their agenders.

Actually, they closed because it was revealed that they were part of a series of phone-hacking against many people; although in any other situation, I'd agree that the rise of the internet is probably going to result in the eventual decline of newspapers.

Surely freedom of the press is a good thing, even if you don't agree with the agendas that they're pushing? :p
