If people play 3D Dot Heroes, and Minecraft I see no reason why not to try this.

The in dash view made it look kinda fun but outside car views didn't do much to help. Also, the multiplayer has massive frame rate hits.

I do like the pit stop though.

I admit I haven't played FAST yet, so I may be missing something here.. but this $5 game has dynamic weather, day and night modes (both of which FAST doesn't) and at least the same amount of multiplayer options.. I agree that it looks a bit generic, but then so does FAST. The game could still play like crap (hope it doesn't) but it's not like any of them have strong compelling features like online or a track editor (though I would have loved to have one in this game)...
Having said that, please enlighten me, because I feel like I'm missing something.

havent played FAST myself, there was no demo, and im past the point where i buy games just on looks, but reviews look positive 4 FASt, hope their is a demo for this game

He's only drawing a comparison between two games he hasn't played. FAST Racing League simply looks like a better game and it most definitely is.

I've said it before and I say it again: The course design that can be seen in this trailer is atrocious. Where's the fun in a racing game when all corners are exactly the same? I could have designed these tracks and I don't think highly of my creations, you know.

I got the impression that course design in FAST wasn't that interesting either, but maybe I should check it out for myself..

I'm not sure I get your point... it's the exact same trailer. Obviously compared to Uncharted 3 it's nothing special, but then that's true for most games...

The jittering cars thing could get annoying eventually, though.
