Well that is true. God of War has little replayibilty 

It really depends on what you like most,   I have played GOW on every difficulty, and also have played it more times than UC2.   For me the protagonist is very influential on the degree I like the game.   Snake = BADASS, so MGS4 for me is one of the best games ever made;   Kratos = BADASS GODS SLAYER, so GOWIII is in the same league as MGS4 for me.    But Drake is just a funny guy,  that acording to my definition of Badass, is not Badass, that is why for me U2 is a great game but nothing epic.


Drake is much more a badass than Kratos can ever wish to be.  Drake is grounded in reality much more than Kratos can ever wish to be, yet Drake prevails over impossible odds while being "just a funny guy".  Kratos is a 2D character, devoid of any depth.

Well, they both prevail over impossible odds according to what they do every day.    In GOW III when Kratos fells into stix river, he looses all his powers, so after that killing a God is and impossible labor, and yet he killed more than 1.   It is not a matter of what you do, but more of HOW you do it.    Kratos is the only character in the gaming world that makes men wearing SKIRT  SO BADASS!! When you play ALL God of War games, I know you will reconsider what you have wrote. :D

Well, you may want to remove that foot from your mouth and realize you know nothing,  since I've completed all GoW games.  

mmm,   So after that you still consider Kratos "a lame" character??? That is something new.   Looks like every person has a unique way to intrerpret some facts  ¬_¬.     I wonder why you played all GOW games if you hate the main character so much; .... it looks like you focus in other things while you play games.    I dont play a game if I dont like the main character at all.

I know that you never said that you hate the character, but the way to express about him makes it tacit.   Well,  as I said before we differ in what we focus when we play a game.   My idea of "fun" is not playing with a character that is a fat, short plumber that has silly outfits.  I enjoy a game and consider it fun when it has a character that I like and when the gameplay is of my liking.    If a game has a main character that sucks (for me) is no buy.    Just like in Zelda, I CANT play a game with a MALE protagonist that looks like a FEMALE.

That is why Street Fighter X Tekken from being a Must buy for me become a "wait for CAPCOM to decide if POISON is a woman instead TRANSVESTITE" to buy.

It is clear you give more weight to the gameplay than everything else.

EDIT: On the contrary, the one being "superficial" is you for ignoring fundamental things , just because it is game.   In the end it really depends on your believes and what you like.    If you dont mind playing as a travestite,  a fat dude, or a girly boy in a game then good for you,.   But I dont think it is right to promote those kind of things if you consider that kids also play the games.
