In theme and execution, this one was particularily bad though.

Haha that phrasing was a poor choice of words on my part, it would have been clever if I actually intended this.  I used the batman reference to criticise the three games I mentioned, not the Batman game lol.  I really enjoyed Batman too.

I remember when IGN used to be my game reference for everything: reviews, previews, hints, everything. Then it started turning to shit and I found VGChartz. The writing is so biased and catered to a specific group that I am clearly not a part of. It literally forced me out.

I did really enjoy Batman, though. Portal should've been #1.

I used to use IGN for everything too.  While I still look to their reviews as some of the betters ones (might not be saying much), I don't use them much any more.  I use a Kotaku/VGChartz combo mostly, VGChartz for sales and conversation, Kotaku for the news.

Though Mass effect 2 was a great game and arguably the best WRPG we had this gen i dont think it should be Number 1. It should have either been Uncharted 2, Grand theft auto IV or MGS4.

Also who ever made this list either rushed it or is simply retarded. I mean look...

#43 Tetris DS, #44 Brain (An indy game) > #46 God of war 3??? 


Viva pinata?? #69 (WTF is it even on the list??), #23 Plants vs Zombies (Fun indy game) but its no better than infamous 2 or God of War 3.

Also a lot of good games were not even mentioned. MGS4, Gran Tursimo 5, Tekken 6, Mortal Kombat, FF-Crisis Core, Kingdom hearts-BBS, Saints row 2, Ratchet & clank: CIT, Heavenly sword, and many more i cant think of at this moment.

yup after what they did to GT5 and Killzone 3 they deserve to get slapped in the face. Uncharted 2 should have been first

Yeah , Fifa 11 and Rock Band 2 are clearly better than Peace walker , Infamous 2 , Alan Wake , Demon's souls , MGS4 , this is not even an opinion ...
