Oh snap River Raid, how could I forget that one?!? lol... I actually never owned a copy of that game, only played it a couple times at my cousins' house but they got rid of most of their Atari stuff once they got an NES.

My uncle gave min away when we left Lebanon and went to Sweden. I will never forgive him for that! I would have kept it until this day and would have put it next to all my Nintendo consoles.

This thread is old...

Anyway, my first memory is some black and white (black and green?) game that was in a floppy disk for some computer (Apple I think). It was one of those games where the camera goes sideways and you shoot with the cursor. I was three I think so I have no idea what it was.

The first games I actually remember playing on computers are point and click adventure games like Full Throttle, but I know I had played many games before that I just don't remember what they were.

My first game on a console was, I think, Super Mario Land on Gameboy, but again I'm not 100% sure about this.

What I can say with certainty is that my first game on home consoles was Spyro the Dragon.

I actually own a 7800 (my first console) which is backwards compatible the 2600, and I inherited a bunch of 2600 games from family members once they all got an NES by the late 80s, but yes I still have all my original 7800 games as well as the hand-me-down 2600 ones, most of which I must admit are pure garbage (I own a copy of E.T., woohoo go me!) The 7800 games were vastly superior and nearly 100% accurate to most of their arcade counterparts. I kept every single game that I own, and I've never traded or given away any of my games or systems before, even the bad ones I just can't part with. I'd rather have them in my collection than get just a couple bucks for them on eBay or whatever.

I think it was a Pong, my Uncle bought it for us at a yard sale. Intellivision II was the first console that really sticks out and it could have been one of a dozen games.

My first console game would have been Need For Speed back on the 3DO.

My first handheld game was probably Super Mario or something like that on the original Gameboy.
