The guy who wrote the article is speculating and bringing this out of proportions. OnLive in these consoles would only allow users from PS3 and the other console to play what OnLive has available.
Nintendo is selling their IPs to Microsoft and this is true because:

would open up many possibilities. i as a console manufactuerer would say 'Okay, lets team up. but only if this is our Platform only.'

I thought they were, but after searching through their games I could not find any MS or Sony exclusives listed. So my earlier points are no longer valid
