Forums - Gaming - Molyneux: 'We Didn't Have The Time To Craft [Fable III] Into What That Dream Was'

Ive never played any of his games. I dont want to play any of his games, but as a western developer I have to respect him. He's driven by the ability to move forward, even if he fails hes still driven to try something new. I dont see over promising as a negative but as a plus he sets high then tries to reach it.. all developers should do that instead of just keeping the bar at a safe level.

Thats why we have Bioware, Projekt-CD and Bethesda. RPG developers who dream big and back it up. The dream of fable stands wayyyyyy behind the likes of these developers I've named.

I enjoyed Fable III, even if the second half of the game was clearly well undercooked. But Molyneux not delivering on what he claims is not exactly a new thing.

I'm also betting on Fable: The Journey being one of his few properly bad games.

Im sorry but Fable3 just killed my love for the series.....Instead of going up it went down with each sequal!!
