I asked the community their thoughts about an imaginary merge of Nintendo and Apple and I am getting some answers that show harsh critic position towards  Apple, which frankly surprises me (I don't own anything manufactured by them and I have never had, so I don't really know the quality of the products but by reference).

I wanted to know how you feel about Apple and basically if you like Nintendo or Apple better as a company.

i love Nintendo more though i do develop games for Apple :P but only recently so Apple never meant anything to me before a few months back.

I vote Nintendo

Both are great and creative. But I gotta go with Nintendo cuz they have a bigger approach to hardcore gaming

Well, Nintendo, even though this question is kinda like comparing Apples to Nintendoranges...

Nintendo is a game company, Apple makes devices people make games for. Though I guess the same could be said for Sony and Microsoft, as they didn't begin with a recreational focal point in the same way that Nintendo always has since 1889 with their Hanafuda cards.

Nintendo. Thanks to them we have still have (good) console gaming today.

Nintendo. I have a strong dislike for the Apple brand.

Even if I wasn't a Nintendo gamer, I'd still vote for Nintendo. I dislike Apple a lot. They come across as one of those evil mega-corporations that you see in the films :D

This is SOOOO difficult for me

I mean on the one hand we have a company that dares to overprice products heavily and now in terms of operating systems has been worse than the competitor considering I am using the competitors operating system MORE on the given manufacturers system than the manufacturers OWN operating system.

On the other hand we have a company that has made the best portable gaming devices in the world which have given me countless hours of fun this generation..ok their last 2 consoles failed to give me much enjoyment but each of those still had 2 of my top 10 fav games of their respective generations.

*breathes in and out deeply*

So in conclusion I clearly like Apple more.
