That's what Sega always does.
They make good games, but apart from that, they make possibly every mistake you can do.
Wrong platforms (Valkyria Chronicles 2+3 on PSP), bad development decisions (Bayonetta PS3 disaster) and don't get me started on how horrible they treated the Sonic franchise.

Hopefully we get a PSV version of the whole trilogy. That would definitely help the series grab some western notice. Shouldn't be too hard to have ready by launch.

Sega seriously fucked up with this franchise. The original is still the best selling of the series, both in and especially out of Japan. They should've made the "second" a spin-off, then made a real sequel on PS3.

I don't get why they don't just put it on PSN so it's compatible with the PS3 or at least port it to the 3DS or something.

I'm puzzled by the requests for putting VC3 onto PSN - surely the work is with localisation hence they don't want the expense of translating a product that will under perform.

Along with many others I loved Valkyria Chronicles on PS3 - it is one of the only games I ever scored 10 on VGChartz... but I didn't emjoy VC2, the gameplay was pretty much there but the story was terrible and I only completed it due to my love of the first game.

VC3 looks a lot more interesting from a story perspective but I won't loose any sleep about not playing this on PSP.

As much as I would like to see another VC game on PS3 I'm also content with it being a standalone game in a generation of sequels.

It would certainly be great to see another SRPG game using the Canvas engine even if it was not a VC sequel.

Is the first game any good? I don't know anything about it, but my friend recommended it to me.

At least we get our plethora of mediocre Sonic games. For what good it might do, check out the petition⇓
