You may be able to get the ticket dropped by going to court but it will cost you either way. Cops can and did do that and they can and will do still like that all of the time. Don't take it to hard, just be nice to the cops. If a cop wants to act like an asshole he may and he will almost never get in trouble for it. You do know that cops are above the law, right?

that means nothing without context. For all we know she could have been tasered for saying please while she was resisting arrest for robbing a bank. In that case i would have no sympathy for her and is no where related to this story.

I know how that feels though. Ive had an issue of being pulled over and a gun pulled on me for no fucking reason by a cop. Was driving on the road, saw the cop ahead of me at a stop light, so naturally, checked my speed. As i came up to the stoplight, it turned green before i fully stopped, so i ended up passing the cop, but as i knew he was behind, maintained the speed limit.

A few seconds later i noticed him change lanes and get behind in my rear view, was like "what the fuck is he behind me now for?" as i said that, his lights came on. Took me less then 30 seconds to change lanes to the right and stop. He literally starts yelling at my car, telling me to put my hands out the window. As i do so, notice he had his gun raised on me. I was like, WTF is this bitch doing. He proceeds to harass me, not telling me why i got pulled over, wonddering if ive been drinking, all this crazy stuff.

this dude even has the balls of saying i look like a gang member. Never known gang members dressed with slacks and turtle necks from Old Navy. After 5 minutes of harassing, he finally asks for my ID and registration, doesnt hesitate to even check it out for warrants. He never even tells me what i was pulled over for the entire time, even though i asked. What makes it more fishy is by the time a second cop car showed up is when he all of a sudden stopped and told me i was free to go and drive safely.

So yeah, i feel your pain, its scary dealing with people who abuse their power, and when a lot of times theres not much you can do about it.

technically they can't but one time I appeared in court and claimed the cop was grossly exaggerating the charges(I wasn't being charged I was a witness) and that in several parts of the report blatantly fibbing. The judge proceeded to tell me, "Mr. XXXX(You guys can't know my last name) Police officers don't lie." At which about 90% of the courtroom laughed.

The fact is they can't but they can... Unless you have witnesses or a recording of it you probably can only get said officer pissed off at you and looking to get you yet again. It sucks but it's a sad truth.. As far as noise, he can argue your radio was too loud or whatever. It's a tough one to fight to be honest. You can contest the ticket and try to get it thrown out but his gross language and obvious bias may have no effect on the truth if you can't 100% prove what he said.

what a bunch of corrupt, asshole cops. I hate fucking blue pigs, they stop innocent people like you, then there not around when somebody runs a red light/stop sign and just about hits someone. what a bunch of dicks.
