You should have been Linkz's number one target, yet you are alive today. You lynch trained him and have been the most active player in this thread, there shouldn't be a reason you're living today. by the way, tough luck, my limitation is every other night, it doesn't say anywhere that I have to investigate even or odd nights, which in essence bars a second half cop (why would your equivalent role have the distinction and not mine? makes no sense).

Moreover you claim that you bluffed on linkz... yet when most of the town was asking to wait and see your next investigation, you still pushed for his lynch. That's not a bluff, that's aiming for a kill, a sure one cause you knew he was mafia, you kept to the plan of throwing him off the buss. Killing a townie would have been your end.

I aimed to kill Linkz because I was all too sure he was scum... not because I'm his scumbuddy btw :P

How does that make sense with almost investigating prof? If one thing was clear at all yesterday it was that I was buddying up to him.

You're taking my sigh of relief of not investigating prof last night when you already did the first night completely out of context.

2 things:

A) Linkz as a spy scans innocent.... hence why he'd be pissed. Though if recruited, he'd be a mafia goon and not a spy, hence scan guilty, hence he'd have no reason to be pissed.
B) why would linkz not attack back Hat? he's done for and the cop is at his throat? you'd at least fight no?

so why did you not investigate night one?

it's a small game odds of dying early are high. Heck odds of being there for Day 4 (2 investigations if started night one) are only 50%, for day 5, they are of 33%, there is no logic in not scanning night one.

I do admit, the theory of me offing I fellow scum buddy to earn face is fascinating, and would be an extremely effective way to win as mafia. I doubt, however, Linkz would ever agree to getting offed like that so easily. I would rather have him off me to be honest if we were ever sumbuddies.

I hae a theory about that, but to answer your question first. I was very hesitant after my persuit of Linkz at first. But when I saw his lagging attitude towards my accusation, and especially how he shut down after getting so defensive when I completely shooting down every single argument he threw at me, I was so confident he was scum that I would have bet a puppy's life on it.

My theory is linkz, as great a player he is, never experienced being under pressure under a cop claim ( I think) thus didn't react correctly. This was a good lesson for him I believe.

but wasn't that your original plan? have the cop come out and get you lynched, then scan linkz (who apparently is a variant of spy as he got to talk to the mafia night one and target someone with them knowing who) who would appear as innocent?

(hence his act of being angry so as to make you look more credible as cop "how could he scan me!!")

 

and you didn't answer, why wouldn't you scan night one?
