Wow, what a crazy day(real-time) this has been. Reading through the posts, my initial thought was that everyone voting for a time limit must have forgotten GOW saying there would only be majority lynches. In other words, a deadline the way the votes were would only mean no lynch. Then the votes started piling onto radish and with my town read based on him making the same mistake twice, I was thinking "Nooo!" However, radish then went into his increasingly weird softclaiming and attempt at holding everyone hostage. Heph's revote is exactly the thoughts that were running through my mind, and if I had been home to post earlier(stopped following the thread from my phone when the deadline was removed) then I'd have hammered before hat.
radish seems very likely to be mafia that bluffed an OP role to be saved from the gallows(bad attempt considering the last time you did that you actually were scum even if nobody realized it) or possibly an SK that actually had some of those powers. If somehow radish flips town,(or even SK actually) then sabby is going to have a ton of explaining to do tomorrow. The avoidance of the lynch and a few of the comments made have already been picked up on. I looked back at previous posts, and perhaps I'm misreading this, but it seems like it could be a slip to me:
sabby_e17 said: I don't like the way the way Radish is playing the game but I don't find him that suspicious. He certainly does seem a bit big headed. Saying what he did is a typical Mafia mistake attempting to gain sympathy from the Town. Of course this could be used against him in the future if need be. |
The way I'm reading it is sabby planned on using what radish said to get him lynched in the future.
As for my scumspects of the day: If radish flips any scum then I will likely be right back on ST. If he flips town then I will feel slightly better about ST, because claimwise I don't see scum hesitating to hammer. To explain that, scum ST would believe town radish's claim and at that time it was pretty apparent that radish was talking about a day kill, so by hammering he'd eliminate any threat to himself or his scummates. Other than that one post, I don't think I have seen anything good from ST, but during the night I'm going to try and reread the day with an open mind anyway. Same goes for FF, but his comment about waiting a day to see who else votes radish before voting for a time limit irks me. At the moment it feels like scum not wanting to lose a fellow teammate. I hope flips are revealed before night begins so I don't have to read everything from three angles.(radish mafia, SK, or town)
