There was one recent interview where a SONY Exec said that he expects it to be similar to PSP's. So far all signs are pointing to 40$

3rd parties are going to want higher price since the dev cost is now more than that of PSP titles. We'll just have to wait and see.

Here in UK, PSP games are £15-25 brand new, usually £18-20, £25 for collectors editions and stuff, whereas DS games are £30 brand new, although I've seen a few for £25, but meh...

PSP games in the US are pretty cheap, usually around $4.99-$19.99. The more expensive ones are like $29.99. DS do tend to be $5-$10 more though, dunno why.
