I thought I'd post this as a new thread since it's quite a bit more than what we've seen up until now and it's better quality. Plus the music adds to the atmosphere!! 

What really stands out in my opinion are the lighting, shadows, and reflections.  Just looks top tier overall! And to think that there is another tech demo that dwarfs this?

Am I alone in thinking this demo looks just as good as the best looking PS3 games? This isn't even the best tech demo Nintendo's got. Man If I was a competitor I'd be worrying about how long my consoles can last till my next one comes. Considering the tech isn't complete yet it will be amazing to see what Nintendo can do on the final hardware. So giddy!

There is another "Japanese street" tech demo that was supposedly shown behind closed doors that also supposedly far exceeds this and the "garden" demo  in graphical ability.

Looks great. Now If I can play this with either a classic controller or a Wii remote, I'll be happy. I am NOT a fan of the new controller.

This makes me want a Legend of Zelda Cg movie. The lighting in this is really good.

After seeing this, I don't feel like playing Skyward sword with its cartoony graphics, I WANT HD ZELDA.
