Did you miss the 3rd relist of Saturday Morning RPG? They cancelled scalper purchases like they did Breach and Clear. For that game it was the relist a week later I managed to get my copy on.
They also do 2 first releases at different times to allow people from different timezones a chance to order. When I ordered Saturday Morning RPG, it was actually in stock for a good hour or so. So id just keep an eye out for when they release and you should be able to get one :)

I don't think it was too bad personally. It still works out cheaper than a full price EU retail title even with shipping.

I heard Saturday Morning RPG came to be around $35 with shipping, which sounds about right, but it's just a $10 PSN game.
I'm thinking Volume will be around $45 since it's $20 on PSN.
