I highly doubt Lost Dimension did alright in Japan at least.  Sold less than 8k copies on Vita in the whole of 2014 (plus whatever it sold on PS3), that's pretty low even for a niche company.

Damn, damn, damn!! I wanted to get Space Hulk, it was for 13 punds, but since my currency has been climbing recently I've decided to wait a bit. Just as I've saved around 5% of the price (with shipping) thanks to the change in exchange value, the price jumped to 23 pounds Damn, damn, damn

Every agreement is difference, so I can't say. Depends on how much leverage the company has I suppose.

Dragon Quest Heroes II debut trailer, gameplay, new details

There is also a vita gameplay at the end, looks good as far as I can see. Apparently DQ Heroes 2 will have town, fields that can explored on your way to your destination and battle stages. Seems like it's a bit more like an action RPG than the first one.

Yeah, I saw that.
What a weird choice to release the ps4 version in English only. It can't be that much work to just replace the text files for the vita version and do some testing/debugging. :
