KTE asking about Vita version of Nights of Azure. Best to vote it you can (if you log into twitter and follow the links to the actual tweets, there are polls up) so we can get this on Vita in the west (retail seems out of the question though, but there's still an option to vote for it)

What's with that poll options thou.

Bet with gooch_destroyer, he wins if FFX and FFX-2 will be at $40 each for the vita. I win if it dont

I hope they patch the performance issues (bad frame rate) if they are planning on releasing it in the west. I tried playing it again after they finally released a patch and it's still pretty bad.

One of the few games that bad frame rate put me off playing, that and I heard it gets worse in later chapters.

I just hope DOAX vita runs smoothly.

Why couldn't they give up on a tiny minute instead of their failed VR tech demos and announce this ?

Let's hope that Assassin's Creed Chronicles will do well on PS Vita!
Maybe we can then expect some new ports from Ubisoft in the future?

I think anything appropriate they will port - so AC is a smaller project, just like Child of Light was.

Unfortunately, Ubisoft don't make many games like this.  More than the majority of big publishers though, so there's hope.

Isn't Yoru No Nai Kuni like really bad on the Vita?

It's supposed to be a lesser port yeah, especially in comparison to Atelier Sophie which is supposed to be an excellent port.

Still, that hasn't stopped them bringing things like DW8XL to the west which was also a bad port.

You can judge for yourself here:

For my tastes it looks fine, but it's definitely more of an "upressed PSP" look than a "Vita native" look.  Especially when you compare to Atelier:

Yes, it does look more like PSP game than Vita but the frame rate is better than I think it is. I remember reading somewhere that it drops below 10 fps but from that gameplay it looks like it's actually playable. Still PS4 version on this one is the way to go.

Damn, that's a LOT of new releases! The one that surprises me though is Superbeat Xonic. I can't believe that got a Western release before the Japanese release. I really hope it does well, it's a great game, even if it does bring home just how unco-ordinated I am!

RIP Dad 25/11/51 - 13/12/13. You will be missed but never forgotten.
