Re;Birth 2
It will keep your progress if you have your save. But the current run will definitely be restarted when you go back into the game after restoring the game. It had a stupid stella glitch that made everything difficult.

If Re;Birth 3, I assume that's what you're speaking of. 
To be quite honest, I don't even know. I played with no issues within Stella's dungeon, but I had made the DLC plan to make stella search fast and kep items when failed. So I never needed to find our lol. 

Do note, I've tried previous Neptunia games and even a few non nep games. I've never had a case where a save that had DLC could be continued if those DLC's aren't present.
