Trust me, it picks up. The Twilight game so far has been the worst part of the entire game. Chapter 3 also picks up pretty quick.

Glad it's not just me who thought that then.  It was novel for about 5 minutes and then it dragged on and on and on.

Things did pick up a little bit towards the end.  I enjoyed

falsely accusing Hiyoko of the murder

I also think I've figured out who it is now, so maybe this chapter won't go down as

worse than the Sakura suicide chapter from DR1.  Having to go through all that kerfuffle when we knew what happened from the start was annoying

But still, s'not the best.  Hope you're right about 3 picking up quickly!

I KNOW!!! it was so obvious that Sakura killed herself  I didn't know why the dragged that out and was really surprised Byakuya was that damn oblivios!!!!

And snuggle the girls be they short or tall,
Then follow young Mat whenever he calls,
To dance with Jak o' the Shadows."

Guh! just a few more days till I get my salary and I will have DR2 on my Vita >_

Okay, so I take it back about Chapter 2. That ending was fucking heartbreaking.

And suddenly, I'm into this series like crazy again.

World's End Eclipse

- Online "theatrical RPG"
- PC, Smartphones, Vita
- Launching this Winter
- F2P with microtransactions

Producer: Shinji Motoyama
Art Director: Daisuke Tabayashi
Main Character Design: Katsumi Enami
Music Production: Hitoshi Sakimoto

The game seems to be some sort of simplified RTS-ish thing where you build, explore, and fight. Battles are mostly automated apparently, and there's a fast-forward and pause button.

A new Bullet Girls/Senran Kagura-esque Vita game incoming:

Famitsu this week reveals Bokosuka Girls: Tatsunoko Gakuen Climax, a new cute girls action game from Tatsunoko Production for PS Vita.

Details on the game are scant, but it appears to be Senran Kagura-like, and features characters Yatterman 2, Jun the Swan, Gold Lightan, and Boyakki.

Further details have not yet leaked.

And a typed-up article about that Vita/iOS/PC game:

It looks like Sega are adding another online RPG title to their library, with the announcement of The World End Eclipse, a “theatrical online RPG” revealed in this week’s issue of Famitsu magazine.

The World End Eclipse takes place in a world that has been brought to ruins due to a war amongst dragons in the past. Humans that were once purged from the lands are now growing their civilization with towns on the backs of the dragons’ remains.

Famitsu says that as the days go by, mankind faces all kinds of different hurdles such as ongoing attacks from monsters, and even other humans. Based on the little information about the game’s story, it sounds like it could have some sort of a survival theme, similar to what we have in Phantasy Star Nova, but with a more fantasy setting with monsters and dragons.

According to a Game Jouhou report, The World End Eclipse will not only be fantasy-based, but it will also have some military elements as well.

Valkyria Chronicles producer Shinji Motoyama is acting as producer for The World End Eclipse, and is expected to share more details on the game, including info on the “Hunting Corps” group led by the protagonist, and information on two female characters in the magazine issue.

The main character is designed by Katsumi Enami, known for his work on designs for Baccano!Ys Seven, and The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the FlashHitoshi Sakimoto who worked on music for Final Fantasy Tactics is in charge of the game’s OST.

Save data can be shared across all platforms, and the game also has cross-platform cooperative play. There are also elements that will change the world according to actions done by the players, in addition to putting your name in the history of the game’s world.

The World End Eclipse is currently in development for smartphones, PC and Vita. Hokanko-Alt reports that the game will be free-to-play with micro-transactions.

The World End Eclipse is expected to release sometime this winter.

Very intrigued by default as long as the producer is from Valkirya Chronicle's.

But I'm afraid it could end up as Phantasy Star Online 2: a never translated super cool online game...

If PSO2 cant make it over here. What are the chance of Sega bring this new ip over. Just give us Valkirya Chronicles 2&3 HD on the vita Sega.

Bet with gooch_destroyer, he wins if FFX and FFX-2 will be at $40 each for the vita. I win if it dont

My local Grainger have Demon Gaze for £17.

I don't really want the game that much after having watched some gameplay videos, but I'm kinda tempted just because I think I'll never see it at that price again.
