It's just that i was an hour in and nothing had happened. I just got my first death and it really was sayaka, thank god and the game seems to actually give me something to do now.
I might start to enjoy it more now that stuff is happening. It just had a really slow start and her annyoing me the whole time didn't make it any better game was probably trying to make me care for her before she died. And i guess if i still don't like it after the trial, it really isn't for me.

Visual novels are generally very long. Some can take up to two weeks of reading. It's not surprising that you feel nothing is happening.

So i got DanganRonpa (first one) because it was on sale and people here said good stuff about it.
I've now put about an hour into it and so far all if donne is read lots of text. Plus the game makes me spend time with that sayaka girl who is annyoing as hell (hope she dies or something).

How much longer do i have to go before something happens, so far it's been pretty underwhelming.

I can now understand why you said it was a nightmare.

Keep at it, the game main appeal is figuring out the murder so you just got to the interesting parts of the game. Also, like everyone said, the game is a VN with investigation/logic elements.

Ok i'm glad i keept playing. The trial and finding clues was actually pretty entertaining. Though i do hope the difficulty rapms up a little (which it probalbly will since this was the first trial).

Also i'm glad that stupid bich is dead i knew she was fake!

huiii is clearly lacking the soul to recognize a top tier girl when playing.

I think of the first trial as the tutorial trial, since it explains the game mechanics, but yeah it  definitely gets more complex with some twists here and there, and adds some new mechanics as you go along.

I didn't like her either

Clearly. That's why i never got along with badgenome ;P

Got hooked on Blazblue Chronophantasma, almost all characters seems like new, with all changes and additions and balancing (there's a futher balance coming soon with two more characters via DLC) so the whole game seems very different to the previous one. New characters are nice, specially Kokonoe (is totally worth the extra 8$ DLC), and the game is as fun as was before, all modes have been enhanced specially tutoril (You all are gonna laugh on this one XD) and have ALL THE LOT OF CONTENTS and MORe than before entries... is easily a 9.5/10.. I can't give it the perfect score just because they didin't added the Japanese voices on the Story mode -.- but probably PS3's is pretty much a perfect game excepto for the lack of portabilty that Vita give you.

Yesterday nigth tried Akiba's Trip 2, and is pretty fun, but have took me time to get the fighting mechanics, are pretty slugish, if weren't for the story and characetrs and dialogs and funny answer options would be pretty bad game... fighting mechanics need LOTS of improvement! LOTS! Is still enjoyable, but kinda dissapointed me :/ But all the game concept is solid, so still is recomendable.. a 8/10 so far of what Have tried...

BTW @BADGENOME, Akiba'sTrip lttle sister, Nana is pretty much the cutest Little sister EVER XD

Wow the 2nd case in DR was nuts! The cases are definitely harder than in the first game. Hopefully the game starts answering some questions about the first game in chapter 3. Also anybody else think that Nagito is Makoto? He kind of looks like him and has a similar voice.

I can already feel that the last 2 chapters are going to be freaking insane.
