So how are the gamers (of distinctively good taste) who picked up Table Top Racing finding it?

I think it's possibly the best value for money I've ever had from a £3.99 download game. I'm working through the very last stages of the final championship now and have really enjoyed it. I'm not really getting where "grindy" comes from for getting better cars, unless they mean the fact that you need to 3 star all your events to do it properly? But I tend to go for "golds" on these kinds of games anyway. It's definitely very achievable on the game and I haven't even felt slightly compelled to "pay to win".

I'd highly recommend any Micro Machines/Toy Racer fans check it out. Like kresnik said, the weapons are a bit limited, but OTT Mario Kart style weapons would really have killed a game with such small tight tracks. I just hope this makes enough for them to continue making future games like this on Vita. It's certainly outdoing it's predecessor (and competition) for quality portable racing :D Just needs a bit more quantity for me.

I really hope Milestone come through with a WRC5 or maybe something based on the Touring Car Championships seeing as Codemasters appear to have all but given up on those games (let alone bothering with a handheld version).

Yeah, me too. I also saw Disgea, Sen no Kiseki, Neptunia and some random anime trailers. In any other game, I would probably be annoyed by the ads, but I like them in akiba.

I also like how different weapons have different attacks, for some reason I didn't expect that (my fault obviously). The game is perfect for bathroom breaks lol, just take a pic and fight a couple of syntheziers for exp/weapons/clothes ^^

Well, i paid 6$ and I thin it was worth the money, I enjoyed it a bit, but bought for my little brother and he's loving it... just a couple of complains, the game lacks impact in sound and visual effects, when racing or battling.. is just too plain in that sense... and that's something even MNR got to grasp well from this type of arcade racers... the same thing happenned to Blur, last Bizarre Creations game. AND the game is too easy.. my nine years old little brother isn't having any problems to get 3 stars in almost every event... and two days ago had already completed second batch of trophies... not sure if later will have more troubles, but so far... I didn't get troubles getting first place on thrst races too...

But so far is a pretty nice game... ports of more games like these would be great.. I know there are a lot of littlegames on iOS/Android that with some little changes can become nice additions to Vita's catalog.

Definitely agree with the sound, it's just not quite there. Though I do love the flashbacks to late 90s/early 00s racers that the menu music gives me after each event.

It does seem rather easy, this is why I'm baffled that all the reviews refer to having to grind to get vehicles to succeed or pay to win.

As for more iOS/Android games, hell yes, if iOS can have BioShock/Max Payne/GTA... why the hell can't Vita? >_<

I hope a few more of these iOS ports prove worth porting to Vita as "full" games.

They were all in part one :) this video is for confirmed 2014 games without a specific release date. Though I expect a few of them to slip into 2015.

man Dragon's Crown is such eye candy on the vita...i mean damn. I don't think I would have appreciated these visuals as much on a bigger screen. The art style and contrast is just perfect
