I agree with You, even when I'm not that easily excited by indies (lately it happen more often...) but a new game is a new game... Whithout Shahid's games Vita this thread would be only doom and gloom every half month... OH WAIT!... and actually THAT'S HIS WORK! Negotiate indie releases on the console and most of dissapointment about his teases are because Your own delussions... Grown up guys... is not his fault! IS SCEA's! THEY SUCKS!

Ahh yes, lol that's who it was I think. That series is like a hidden gem. Very addicting series once you get into it.

Thanks for the preview, but I have to disagree on one point.

You state that the combat system is similar to Valkyria Chronicles'. But the peculiarities of that combat system are the fact that you can activate a unit multiple times during the same turn, and that as soon as unit moves, the game goes real time as its opponents start an automatic (and sometimes lethal) reaction fire. In Lost Dimension you have none of this.

Most of the goodwill Shahid had built up was eroded when he took full credit for getting Type-0 on Vita in the west, only for it to be an error.

That, and the fact he teases constantly.  Some people just don't like that.

That's typical reaction from gamers. Completely forgetting all the great things he's done and focus on one negative. For all we know he was pressuring SE for type-0 vita port for months, they said they'd consider it and get back to him and after seeing the post on the EU ps blog, he assumed that they contacted someone else from the department. Yes, he should have checked first, but still. It doesn't mean he wasn't invlolved in the negotiations and was instead trying to get full credit with no effort whatsover. I'm sure there is team behind him and he acknowledged in his tweet that it wasn't just thanks to him. So I don't see the full credit part.

Plus people were begging for Tales Hearts R (or whatever is called), Namco tweeted using his hashtag, but all is forgotten because let's focus on the negative.

Sahid works well and brings a lot of games to the PS Vita. Problem is we used to expect way too much based on his tweets about awesome games coming to the platform. Basically we kept expecting massive AAA titles while he brought mostly indie titles, so most of the fault comes from us because we hyped tweets based on nothing.

I got burned by him, but it was my fault basically.

Lets see what Gamescom has to offer for vita this year. Hope Shahid's words are worth the tease.

i love this franchise so much eventhough there are some framerate issues in NG 2 but i still enjoyed it very much
