Well guess that's it, I'm not buying Freedom Wars either... Fuck it I'm done supporting Vita. Sony are a complete fucking joke. How is it that they continue to fuck up while small companies can publish physical games in the west that couldn't even sell 50k in Japan. Seriously I really fucking wish that MS or Nintendo had the Japanese support Sony have so I didn't have to support such a complete fucking joke of a company. Wonder how much I can sell my Vita and games for.
Seriously they have until it's release here to change before I completely stop supporting them.

Well atleast they are giving PS4 a ton of support, and Freedom Wars and GR2 have already been confirmed for release in the west.

Do we even know anything about GR2? It's probably a PS4 game, if it's Vita I'm sure it will be digital only. After all the first one was supposed to be here and with all the digital only bs going on it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest. And I wouldn't say they are giving PS4 a ton of support, it's no more than what MS or Nintendo do for their consoles.

Well if retailers aren't willing to give Vita games shelf space Sony can't do much about it.

Anyways the support they are giving the PS4 would start showing next year as ALL of their first-party studios and some second-party studios are developing PS4 exclusives, also a reason why Vita doesn't get many games.

Oh well, guess this means I'm gonna get a digital version of Freedom Wars.

No physical copy for Freedom wars is quite disappointing. Do they seriously expect to sell 1m with decisons like this?
I will buy it anyway, but it's a real shame it won't get the push it deserves.

They can't seriously expect 1mil even if they gave the damn thing away for free. They are damn lucky any Vita game broke 1mil, the console has been mishandled since launch and they did little to nothing to fix it.

Don't ever expect another Sony handheld. -_-

Though I could not agree enough with the bolded, on a personal level I'm actually fine with the vita in terms of games. I have already more than I can play for years and I'm not talking about games that I'm somewhat interested in. I haven't even started playing games FFx- 1+2 or Persona 4 golden. I just think it's a shame that it's not doing any better. And the lack oh physical copies is one of its many problems. I went to my local GAMEstore a few days ago and saw the top 10 being mostly old games and almost all of them ports or mobile ports (games like Angry birds). Who in their right minds would be persuaded to buy a vita?

My thoughts exactly. I have little time to play, and mostly play games that last upwards of 30 hours, so my backlog is growing, and will become humongous by New Year.

Lack of physical copies is bad for promitional purposes, but with high digital ratio already saves a lot of money. I am almost completely digital when it comes to Vita, I take advantage of price drops and plus discounts. 

I'll enjoy my Vita for many more years, but I fear that its future is not very bright in the west. If "VitaTV" fizzles in the US, there will be no 2016 for the system.

WTF?! Freedom Wars is digital only? Then I won't buy it...
