Yes for first question as long as the title supports remote play which all titles so far support(?) than you can use vita as controller.

No, for second question. Like knack for example camera follows Knacks screen on both screens(tv and vita). you can see  an example below.

Thanks, it's nice BUT STILL look a bit stupid IMO, same as Playing LBP (1,2,vita) ONLINE with a lot of screens and everyone is forced to see the same screen and stick very very close to each other, I never understood that.

But to be fair, IGN + Vita games is a fail of a review anyway. It's not like anybody expected that the game will score well on IGN...
