Day 3 at Wal-mart: Still no Vitas sold. I don't know what to think about this now.

Rayman Origins is by far the best platformer I've ever played. Even better than Super Mario Bros 3 (though I guess it's an unfair comparison). It's the very first time that I get impressed by a game's graphics (and I do own a ps3 and a pc). There isn't a single thing I don't like about this game.

I wouldn't worry about it at all. And you have no way to be sure that they haven't sold any. They could have extra stock in the back and refill it. Wheres your walmart?

@Mmmfishtacos It's in Arkansas. It's a large Wal-mart, thousands of people go there everyday. Hundreds of people pass by the video game alise everyday too. I'm also sure it's not selling because theor all wi-fi models and are within the same quanity as I seen them too. Eight Vitas stacked together with two in between. If it is selling, then why not put out the 3G model or at least have some kind of different placement?

Memory cards aren't selling either. There are 8 of them that are 4 and 8GB, not including the starter kit that includes the 4GB card.

I live in claremore oklahoma, before I left the country to come to isreal there were 50 people with in two miles of my house on near. This was before the official launch. If it's a big fancy Walmart, I'd expect the shelve to be stocked nightly. Like I said you have no way to be sure. If you have one, look on near, you might be surprised.

@Mmmfishtacos Not sure about that. I live in a "black neighborhood"(trust me I'm black too, so I'm not being racist), so I don't know about the near function.

On another note, I been streetpassing with new people recently. :)

That must be rare, I carried my 3ds around with me for a week, not once did anything ever pop up on mine. So it stayed at home, unplayed. When I got my vita I couldn't put the thing down, it put the 3ds to shame. Day one out the the box I was picking up people on near, making friends with gamers in my area, party chatting and discussing games. We are buying games in groups, so right before my trip my 3ds got sold. And I bought a bunch of vita games with the money. Dont regret it at all. Now I'm not hating the 3ds I'll buy it again when the proper redesign comes out.
