3DS CAN PIRATE DS and 3DS games with a new cartridge called "R4i Gold 3DS Deluxe" that also have spoofer for firmware updates.

PS: I didn't intend to promote piracy or anything (I don't have 3DS or DS or any of those cartridges)

PS2: Did you remember in 2011 Nintendo said: "3DS will stop piracy"? LOL, piracy of TWO consoles inside ONE.

PS3: The Vita won't be hacked probably forever because is difficult and because now people don't care about it for emulating old systems/homebrew, devs usually don't aim for piracy.

IMO physical<digital, I play online with my brother with TWO ps3 at the same time and with the same game that was free on PLUS (ONE PURCHASE ONLY) also the same for DLCs.... (we split the cost).

Is it real about PS plus in Japan? Those games are CURRENTLY included with subscription AT THE SAME TIME? I will migrate to Japan!

OH MY!! Chaos;Head NOAH and STEIN'S;GATE?!! I F*CKING WANT TO LEARN TO READ JAPANESE NOW!! (I can hear it good though).. and almost two hundred PSX games is just too  much awesome! Want a PS4 now... and want a japanese PLUS susscription!

PSN lets you do that with digital games. It's only Nintendo that makes you rebuy the same digital game on different formats :p

Really not impressed that I need to rebuy my NES/SNES Roms again on Wii U.
