I hope the Vita and 3DS never get hacked, the last thing the dedicated hanhdeld market needs is piracy eating into software sales.

3DS CAN PIRATE DS and 3DS games with a new cartridge called "R4i Gold 3DS Deluxe" that also have spoofer for firmware updates.

PS: I didn't intend to promote piracy or anything (I don't have 3DS or DS or any of those cartridges)

PS2: Did you remember in 2011 Nintendo said: "3DS will stop piracy"? LOL, piracy of TWO consoles inside ONE.

PS3: The Vita won't be hacked probably forever because is difficult and because now people don't care about it for emulating old systems/homebrew, devs usually don't aim for piracy.
