I wonder if Sony could put Android into Vita in the way Amazon have implemented it so that it's only compatible with the Vita store (you can only buy Apps through amazon for the Kindle Fire etc) and that way, they could just get the big name mobile games onto PSN store such as the FF/DQ ports etc.

That said Unity should help anyway, but if they could also get the iOS/Android games like Deus Ex and Mass effect onto the system with full physical controls. That'd make the Vita a more desirable proposition. Chuck in a "Mobile Phone" model Vita further down the line haha.

I've thought about this myself multiple times.  The primary issue remains the same. Android is open source.  So if Android is on there in any fashion it's probably going to get hacked or taken advantage of because the code to the operating system is everywhere.  If they have to completely redo encryption and such it's really not nearly as easy an add on as it would seem.

I know Square Enix's DQ port is made in Unity.  It should be minimal efforts to add controller support(as someone who does use Unity we are looking at hours for the most part maybe weeks since they are so incompetnent) and release on Vita. The large 3rd parties just don't want or care to.  This disinterest in the platform is what needs solving.

I thought same when I read the article.

"the vita is shit because it can't run any pirated copies, and I hate the publisher now because he wants to earn some money (his existence's reason) by making this game on an unhackable device."

Now I know what's wrong with the gaming world.

I hope the Vita and 3DS never get hacked, the last thing the dedicated hanhdeld market needs is piracy eating into software sales.

Fuck pirates !

Actually..3DS was already hacked.. there's a kinda R4 device that let you run any pirate game from a microSD on a modded game card like on DS..butthis time You can't use fill it with lot of games..Just one per MicroSD... good enoughfor Pirate bitches... here in Venezuela is already selling it... is arround 300$ worth... but on he internet is arround 100€.

Really loving it.  This is my first experience with this type of game too, never played any visual novels (beside the VN sections of games like Wild ARMs 4) and never played any of the Ace Attorney titles.

I find the plot really interesting.  And I wasn't sure I'd like it, because I'm not too keen on "high school" Japanese plots.  The characters are all really fleshed out and you grow quite attached to them, so it's kind of heartbreaking when someone you like turns up dead and someone else you like is the one who killed them.

The gameplay itself is alright.  You explore the school talking to classmates and you search for clues when someone's been killed.  Then you go through the whole "class trial" thing which is actually quite a lot of fun and makes you think when presenting evidence.  Grows a lot more complex the further into the game you get.

Overall, I'd definitely recommend it if you were thinking of getting it.

I normally wouldn't be bummed... but the 3DS version is a strategy RPG by WayForward. Boo, Activision! Boooooooooo!

I'm starting chapter 5 in Dangan Ronpa and I really like it, but I think I was much more emotionally invested in 999/VLR. It's a shame that we are not going to get a proper ending to that series.

Back to dangan ronpa,I like that I have guessed all the criminals so far in the game except for chapter 2, for obvious reasons. Also, Damn those fucking punishments, they make you feel bad for the criminals, except in case 2 which made me laugh lol. Overall cant wait to play the second game (people say its much better and adds new elements so thats cool) and importing Another Episode( apparently MC of that game is Makoto's sister)

Whats a Vita??
Even if we got it, it would have been a shitty port of the 3DS version
