Fantasy Hero: Unsigned Legacy was one of the three games announced from Arc System at TGS. I think most people forgot. The other is Magical Beat which is a tetris type puzzle game and the other which i really want is already out in Japan.

Arc System games are usually published by Aksys Games so their the guys to annoy to get the games localize.

Bet with gooch_destroyer, he wins if FFX and FFX-2 will be at $40 each for the vita. I win if it dont

I do wonder why Arc Systems went for 3 smaller downloadable titles rather than pooling resources and making 2 bigger, retail releases. They'd get a lot more exposure that way.

@Chase123
I definitely want to grab P4G at some point. I'm not quite sold on FPS for portables just yet. Though I do want to see it just because it does look gorgeous.

@NesFe
I have plans on every game that you mentioned. I specifically haven't played them on PS3 cause I'd rather have it on them on Vita. Excellent price drop on Dokuro. I'm also pretty big on fighters. Has anyone played Reality Fighters?

^^My friend brought Reality Fighters on the HK launch since he had nothing else to buy at the time. As a fighting games its terrible the appeal of this game is just taking your friends faces and adding them to the fighterseven then the customization is very limited. You can use the camera to have a AR fight simuilar to invizimals, but thats it. I'd say skip it and get Mortal Kombat or Injustice instead.

I'm really excited by FFX HD.  Not to sure what's on the horizon after that.  I really wish Capcom would make my 2014 and put a coop multiplayer Dragon's Dogma. Not only would that fulfill my needs but probably more of Japans than MH.

how about Ys? that will be my first purchase this year. There's also Toukiden but i can tell you dont like hunting games so that would be a waste of time.

I've heard good things about Y's but I'm a bit intimidated. Lots of games in the series which one would you recommend?

I've enjoyed Ys Seven on the PSP a lot and I'm getting Memories of celceta next month when it reaches europe.

I'm hoping Europe will get a similar deal. I'd gladly hand over £2 for that!

According to offical tweet it will go down to 2.99€ as well.

Oh wow I missed that price drop. £2.39 on the UK Store.

BOUGHT! :D

Really loving Runner 2 at the moment too. Great to play in short bursts and starting to become quite challenging, but doesn't feel unfair.

RIP Dad 25/11/51 - 13/12/13. You will be missed but never forgotten.

Yes,I do remember your "you were the chosen one" review and I respected the fact that you realized that it's not your cup of tea and didn't write a proper review. As I mentioned after I read your review, you're entitled to your opinion, but I still think you were too harsh on it. The music is amazing and I fail to see how anyone would miss and not comment on how good it is. How you can call the graphics ugly is also beyond me. The lack of exploration is part of the game. It's like asking for a story from a Mario game. The developers chose not to have any. And for me, it was a good decision. It's a portable game we're talking about. I'm glad that it takes between 2 - 45 minutes to beat a mission. I played monster hunter for a few hours and playing it on handheld didn't feel right. Had it been a ps3 game, it's be a different story. Also, just because you like other hunter games, it doesn't mean you'll like all good hunter games. I loved PSASBR and hate Smash. Same genre, but yet very different games.

Had I been a reviewer and was asked to write a professional review on Smash, I would have asked someone else to do it (after realizing that the gamejust isn't for me). If I absolutely had to write a review, though, I would still give it a good score, because techinically it is a good game. Same goes for Soul Sacrfice. There's a reason that most people on this thread mention how much they enjoyed SS, Tearaway and Gravity Rush. Calling any of those games disappointing as a reviewer is, as far as I'm concerned, unprofessional. In that category, you need to take into account the general consensus, which is positive for SS. And I doubt enough vgc reviewers played SS to call it a disappointment.

Just my two cents.

They didn't ask me to review it, I offered to review it because it looked like something I would like.  Played it, and felt it was all that crap in a bag of potatoes.  The graphics were bad, the combat was simple and repetitive, the story had potential but ended up poor, the 'save/sacrifice' dynamic wasn't really anything significant other than learning to balance attack and defense.

IT was a huge, huge missed opportunity.

Then my online code didn't work, so I couldn't play online and didn't have the tenacity to play it through to the end, so I just didn't bother.

My Console Library:

PS5, Switch, XSX

PS4, PS3, PS2, PS1, WiiU, Wii, GCN, N64 SNES, XBO, 360

3DS, DS, GBA, Vita, PSP, Android

Been playing thieves in time and it's really fun. Gives off a Nintendo-esque feel.
