| Nem said: @Scisca A smart thing Sony could do is aproach Bethesda for an ES3:Morrowind port, slightly hd enhanced and all the content. Given the skyrim craze im sure alot of people would find it a good excuse to jump on it. |
I've been talking about Morrowind HD on Vita for almost 2 years, so it's not a new idea for me
I crave it and I'd buy it day 1. Vita needs a wRPG so bad
Morrowind, Oblivion, maybe even Skyrim, Witcher (just port Witcher 1 and 2, the first one never left PC, the second one is on PC and X360 only, so they would pretty much be new games for the PS gamers and would come with the massive hypetrain of Witcher 3), maybe a Dragon Age III spin-off, a Mass Effect spin-off being an introduction/warmup to the next gen games? And if they can't get a game from these series, they should make such a game themselves, even on that Unreal Engine 3. Hell, they could talk to Games Workshop and make an RPG set in Warhammer Fantasy or Warhammer 40k realms, so that they don't have to promote a totally new IP. They could also make a Gotrek&Felix hack&slash game on top of that... Ehh... So many possibilities, but it's all smashed by the fact that Sony just doesn't seem to care about the West with Vita. Their attitude is like: "we give them 2 games per year and a handful of indies and they still aren't all over us! The West just doesn't want this console".
They really should take the bloody reigns and get the initiative. Possibilities are there, but success won't just come Vita's way.
Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!
My Vita to-buy list: The Walking Dead, Persona 4 Golden, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, TearAway, Ys: Memories of Celceta, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, History: Legends of War, FIFA 13, Final Fantasy HD X, X-2, Worms Revolution Extreme, The Amazing Spiderman, Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate - too many no-gaemz :/
My consoles: PS2 Slim, PS3 Slim 320 GB, PSV 32 GB, Wii, DSi.
