Well, I'm confident that Indie games are going to drive a lot of software sales, but sadly hardware sales will continue to be low.

No. What I said is pretty much the same thing people said around the PSP vs NDS. And we all know which one sold more hardware.

Also, consider this: In the PS3 era Sony put all their efford in making games for it, and they let the PSP abandoned. This generation is exactly the same. Sony is focusing on PS4 and Vita is getting abandoned.  

Even if vita didn't get indies games it will not have more non indies games.



PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m

This was really Unexpected... was what a lot hoped and at the same time NOT!... ajajajajaXD Well, Vita will have it's MonHun game... but don't think will have great impact on sales, but on the image of the console yes... And it seems like CRApcom is following the Vita... so a MH4G next year wouldn't be weird...

haha sadly this is true. The only reason I would like to see a proper MH on vita is for it to help hw sales in JP...I think it's one of the most boring games ever personally
