GTA won't help, GAMES won't help. GTA vita or Gran Turismo vita would be good but, that's not what the vita needs. Seriousely people, you think three or five greats AAA ip coming to vita will make it big ?

It's not games that made the psp sell this good. It's clearly hack functions. Every people I know bought a psp because of it.

Actually, except price cuts on the device and the memory cards ( still expensive ), I have no idea what could help the vita.

Dude, really think before you write something. The day Vita gets hacked, Sony can stop production and call it a day, the Vita will truely be dead. Nobody will make a game for the console anymore. The reason PSP became successful was because there were great games that sold millions and were profitable. People who buy a console and never buy a game, cause they steal it from the web won't turn Vita into a success, especially since it's sold with a loss. Everyone having a hacked PSP is the reason why there have been no PSP games in the West for years, even though it has been flourishing in Japan.

You want people to buy a console and keep on buying games later on. We need games for that, big AAA games from the biggest franchises that will turn getting a Vita into pretty much an impulse purchase. Also, since the price has reached a very good level (I'm not talking about 199, but the real price of around 150 that it's going to be sold at), now we really need the memory cards to reach an acceptable level (so at least getting cut in half again) and bigger size (64 and 128 GB) and Vita will be pretty much set just needing more big games.

Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!

My Vita to-buy list: The Walking Dead, Persona 4 Golden, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, TearAway, Ys: Memories of Celceta, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, History: Legends of War, FIFA 13, Final Fantasy HD X, X-2, Worms Revolution Extreme, The Amazing Spiderman, Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate - too many no-gaemz :/

My consoles: PS2 Slim, PS3 Slim 320 GB, PSV 32 GB, Wii, DSi.

ooooh!  Well derp on me.  Sadly, I'm a good little reviewer. I can tease and be a dick, but I won't break embargo.  They have ways of knowing if I cheated!  They're watching, everywhere!

Well on the bright side I get to see the review before the embargo is up, woo to staff fourms.

I'll make sure to post it like fifteen minutes before the embargo so you can't catch it!

My Console Library:

PS5, Switch, XSX

PS4, PS3, PS2, PS1, WiiU, Wii, GCN, N64 SNES, XBO, 360

Ballsy!

And I'm sorely tempted to go in for $10,000 for the dinner with Inafune.

already commented and asked about a Vita stretch... Madesureto state that i'ma Soul Sacrifice player and that I'm spreading the word of it...  but being a megaman rendition made by its original creator,I'm sure all the stretches goals will be cleared very soon, is already at +260k right now and is just the first day! Probably for tomorrow the first goal will be reached... So a new stretch adding PSVita to it is possible.. so LET'S FLOOD THE COMMENT SECTION GUYS! and Ask for PSVita edition!

Where the fuck did I speak about hacking games on vita. Hacking is not all about games you know.
For example, a hacked Vita can stream any fucking games on your computer OR on your ps3 actually without any problem. Did you know that ? Look on youtube.

So far psp greatest hacking feature was not games hacking. Its greatest feature was emulator by far. It could almost emulate anything, except CPS3, N64 and Dreamcast. Customisation by homebrew came in second position.

The psp was already a great device. A hacked Vita could do big things the psp couldn't.

Psp did not sell good because of games. Are you serious here ? Psp sold near 80 millions units, and the top selling games sold at an average of 5 millions at best. That does not make any sens.

Holy shit KZ is amazing on this thing. For the fist time in a long while it does feel like a portable PS3.

And we can say a big thank you to those people for now having expensive proprietary memory cards.
