I think Shuhei said he wants to bring this game to the west and I hope he actually sticks by it and brings it next year. Looks like a very unique RPG

It was actually a £50 fine, but £25 if I paid it within 14 days of receiving the ticket :P

With such fines you still have the money to buy games?Either you are member of the royals or a drug dealer.

 

btw ,as I know England is full of cameras.They should proof that you have paid for parking.

thanks everyone :D I was starting to get a bit annoyed with some comments/threads here ...just got a urge to respond in kind with similar threads (and god knows that would be easy as hell) but decided against it. Good to see everyone's opinion on it :D

There is another thread about Vita needs help in NA/Europe and the "No games", especially in comparison to the mighty 3DS thing started creeping in again.

So I said I was fed up of the myth and that Vita had enjoyed more critically acclaimed releases in 2013 than the Vita to which I was told, I'm entitled to an opinion, but a more critically acclaimed release schedule was just "wrong". So I decided to do a bit of digging and the results were more slanted in Vita's favour than I anticipated...

lol, yeah but i've been reading their weekly updates for months now. There was a blog update on June 2013 saying  that they pitched the demo to shuuhei and he was happy with what he saw and they got the ok to go into "full production", which I found weird since the game was announced over a year ago : . So, it is a surprise for me ^^ that they are showing it after 2 months of "full production'.

I'd disagree with this.

Konami killed Pro Evo by trying to continue releasing a PS2 game on PS3/Xbox 360 and doing the very same iterational stuff that EA had always been criticised for.

FIFA since 2007, has evolved beyond recognition. Heck, even the Vita FIFA which is based on FIFA 11 is noticibly behind the improvements which were introduced in 12 and 13.

EA just ended up making the better game and investing heavily in the game, while Konami continued to churn out ugly looking games which were near identical to the releases before.

PES 2014 will be the first one actually running on a game built for a "next generation" console. 2 months later, the PS4 and XBONE are released, sans a Pro Evolution title. Konami failed to invest in the franchise and so it's now only really popular in areas which did not adopt the HD consoles so quickly (hence the PSP release for PES 2014 along with PS3/360 and no next generation version).

It's weird how I guessed you would've replied with something like this.

It's really got nothing to do with the quality of one game which you've been discussing.  Nowhere did MUGEN suggest that you should be optimistic about Vita's prospects.  Just that you were being overly critical of KZM's flaws (and presumably flaws in other games, like Mortal Kombat).  Kind of highlights the hyperbole he suggested you were using earlier.

I was going to say him the same... but in part he's rigth at least this year, Konami will not have the rigths to put  ssome panish clubs and stadiums on the PES2014 because EA bougth the irgths... Stil their fault for being so lazy about, but  is a logical thing to happen if we analyze the slow start this generation of the Japanese developers... something that will not happen next one..

but again no PES2014 on PS4/Xone is just stupid, or is kojima thinking on showing the Foxengine exclusively for MGSV first and later for other games on the nextgen consoles? And what's worst, stillno PES for Vita. Is clearly they have neglected their franchise, and EA just take chance of it... actually is not longer a competition anymore like older times...
