That would actually be very cool. Would love to play a game like Borderlands on a handheld.

The best thing about Borderlands turning out to be true - for me - is that I'd take it as a good sign for other announcements that we heard about but then were never mentioned again.

iirc Gearbox said they were interested in bringing Borderlands to Vita, but they couldn't manage it themselves. If the game ends up happening, I presume that's because Sony & Gearbox managed to make some kind of agreement/arrangement for it.

Which in turn I'd hope bodes well for things like Bioshock Vita (Ken Levine's comments seem to have placed it in a similar situation) and stuff like Shahid's JRPG twitter campaign.

As for the game itself, meh. I may pick it up on the cheap. I have the first BL on Steam and found it "okay"; although it was a lot more fun in co-op than solo play.

Maybe 2K will put more of their games in the future ?

So... gamescom almost here. Its now or never for the Vita on the west. I hope we get good news and none of the silly wasting of time we got at E3.

Borderlands 2 on Vita would be amazing, but how on earth would they fit the game in one card. I mean... its doable but i havent seen any games with a size much bigger than 1GB. With that said, im sure the Vita port would use up less space cause it would be less detailed. It would be a great app. I probably would give it a chance at some point. I love Fallout but borderlands has always been a bit scary/afraid to be letdown.

With that said... man i would kill for a new Fallout on the Vita.

Its just annoying that Bamco seem to be stubburn with bringing the Tales games.

I think AC:L is around 4GB right?

So far the rumors are a borderlands 2 port and a vita price drop

Maybe they could upgrade the Vita Cards for bigger storage.

checked and it seems I was wrong..it says around 2.6GB. I could have sworn it was around 4 :S Maybe I'm thinking about some other game
