Give exemple and name mate. What do you want them to give to the vita ? How do you want them to support it more ?

What games, in your opinion the vita lacks ? What games genre ?

I agree and disagree with you.

I agree that Sony has done all it realistically can.  There are tons of games for the Vita and 90% of them are all of great quality.  There is a "killer app" for the Vita, it's its library and the backwards library of PSX and PSP games.  I can literally play for years straight with the amount of PSP/Vita games I have.  The problem is that people don't know what they want.  Gamers are given console quality titles; people complain they should be on PS3 instead, devs give you an insane amount of "handheld" titles (indies); people complain that they're not good enough and want console titles.

The problem is that most "handheld" titles are actually console titles.  Hell I don't see anyone complain about Luigi's Mansion 2 not being on the Wii U dispite being a console game.  But people are up in arms about Killzone because it should be on PS3?  WTF?

I have said exactly what I want from them god knows how many times since the launch. I really don't want to type another essay like post on the topic

Considering you said they "had so much for PS3", then you can add that same strecth of fact to Vita. They only showed 2-3 PS3 games at E3 and that's how many Vita games they announced at E3.

I didn't mean to turn this into a "WE'LL ONLY HEAR POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT VITA" discussion by the way with what I said before.  I'm sorry it came across that way.  The only real beef I had with what you said was the jumping ship to MS/PC thing.

Nintendo have so far failed to support more than 1 console at once.  While 3DS has received support; Wii-U has gotten none.  Going into 2014 Wii-U is getting support and there's twat all announced for 3DS (maybe it's still to be announced, we'll see).

Microsoft only have one console to support at the moment, so they're in the position Sony would've been in had they never made Vita I suppose.

Given all of this, I don't think any of the big 3 deserve support.  Nintendo & Sony tried and so far have been failing to support two devices at once; MS never even tried.  Neither one is really better than the others.

PC is a whole other kettle of fish.  I think I'll be choosing a new PC over a next gen console myself just because it offers such a great deal these days, but I'm certainly not making that decision because I'm upset with the way one of the big 3 has acted.

Now, whether Sony should keep flip flopping support between their two platforms like Nintendo seem to be doing is something different.  They probably should be, I suppose (but we know they won't).  And if that's what you expect from a gaming company, then maybe Nintendo are the ones for you to give your money to.

We'll see what Gamescom brings, but I'm certainly not holding my breath.  Not holding it in general, really.  As I mentioned somewhere else, I'm not expecting much more in terms of AAA for Vita from now onwards aside from Gravity Rush 2 & whatever Bend have in development for Vita.  And maybe a moneyhatted western third-party game; then the rest will be filled with Japanese support.  And yeah, it is kinda disappointing.  But I got my money's worth out of this handheld at some point about 6 months ago, so if I look at it objectively there's nothing to be upset about, aside from a number of missed opportunities.  But every single console ever made has those :P
