I never thought about it like that, but it makes sense. The 3DS audience is children, and the Vita audience is people who are legally prohibited from coming within 100 feet of children.

Damn i dont know any of those characters or watched any of the shows they mentioned. But oh well it's namco again so it dosen't matters.

You haven't seen or heard of Infinite Stratos, Higuarashi. or Zero no Tsukaima? Those three are all incredible popular.

Not to mention it has some old stuff too (Di Gi Charat).

I guess I've heard of some of them, but yeah never really watched any of them.
