Same reason we ended up changing the COMG thread. The guy who made it wasn't here but continued to get the points (though they do nothing, it's nice to "have" a reward), and it'd be better if one of the most active threads on the site has an active user at the helm, as opposed to having to moderate every time the thread needs changing.

I'm all for a new thread, and now I have mod powers I could physically make it happen by locking this one >=).

But, there would be no point doing it if people didn't move across, and last time we asked in here it seemed like a majority didn't want a new thread.

In the meantime, I can at least try to make this one a bit more appealing.

I was thinking of putting links in the OP to whatever the new news is that day/week, so it would at least be a bit more approachable for new people to come in. But I'll have to see how much extra work that ends up being.

I'd like a new thread, but I think we should wait until E3 and start it with all the (if any) new and exciting info from that. It can be "Vita 2 years on" or something :p

A new thread could make it more accessible to new posters. I mean this thread is huge and people seem to shy away from that. Then again it would also be a shame to leave this thread exactly because it's so big, it sort of feels like an accomplishment....

And then we'd have to decide a new leader... unless you want to take over, which, with the power of the mods, you could of course (pluss everyone seems to acknowledge you already).

Edit: Noooo i just ralized i recomanded a new poll... i really wantet to wait for dark cloud to get to the #1 spot :(

just a suggestion for you fellow vita owners, if u decide you wana create a new thread. i would be willing to take the helm on it, if u would want that.

I think a poll is a good option; though we should consider as you say people not wanting to take part because of the sheer size of the thread.

As I said, I would do it because I've made several "big threads" in the past...but will everyone really think I'm the right guy for the job? This is my concern.

I wouldn't have a problem with you doing it, i think you're quite reasonable... then again i don't think i'd have a problem with any of the regular posters here takeing over. I just think that whoever ends up doing it should be invested enough to keep the new op updated or else there would be no point to it.

and then we can talk (or poll) the new leadership. No use debating over something if we're not gonna do it anyway.

Amazon France Lists Multiple New PS Vita Bundles for Killzone: Mercenary, MotoGP 2013, More

We don’t quite know what happened at Amazon France to warrant all this, but the retailer went absolutely nuts with listings, pricing the PS4 console and PS4 games, while also listing new PS Vita bundles.

Sitting at €599.99, the Amazon France listing for the PS4 says that it is “provisional pricing” (placeholder), but since they emphasize their lowest price guarantee, it means that they don’t expect it to eclipse €599.99. While this is clearly an unlikely high number for the PS4′s final cost, expected in Europe this year, it does give us a ceiling as to what the PS4 price won’t pass.

This same pre-order price guarantee extends to the PS4 games themselves (there’s already a listing for Final Fantasy), with Amazon France giving them all €69.99 price tags, €10 higher than PS3 games. So based on this, Amazon doesn’t believe that PS4 games will be more than €69.99.

Moving away from vague prices and onto possibly leaked PlayStation Vita bundles, Amazon France lists the following, all for €249.99:

• PlayStation Vita with Kids Pack Voucher and 8GB Memory Card – June 7th
• PlayStation Vita with Jak & Daxter Collection (Voucher) and 8GB Memory Card – June 19th
• PlayStation Vita with Moto GP (Voucher) and 4GB Memory Card – June 21st
• PlayStation Vita with Killzone: Mercenary (Voucher) and 8GB Memory Card – September 4th

With Killzone: Mercenary being such a high profile title, a PS Vita bundle has a high chance of happening, but the other three aren’t as likely, so we’ll just have to wait and see if they are true.

Since all of this information is based off retailer listings, it could be false, but with E3 just around the corner, we should get confirmation about the legitimacy of these products soon.
