If the AVLS is by any chance turned on, there's an option in audio settings (AVLS limits the maximum audio output).

I think im moving to japan. Become a hunting game instructor and one day open up a Hunting action game school of my own.

Awesome! Indeed if you never had a PSP you actually have access to a very good library on PS Vita. Lunar seems to be a very nice game, perhaps one day I will buy it.
