I honestly think around 1/3 of Vita software sales are digital so Vita might even have 3 1mill sellers but I know thats being optimistic...

1/3 is a bit unlikely.

But, for some games, I guess it could be close, sort of 1/5, maybe more.

That is more likely for individual games though you have to remember that a lot of games are download only. So if you think about digital sales and physical sales of all games  combined, the percentage is probably significantly high.

Well at least SS double the vita sales in NA by 99% lol and europe i dont know what to say you didn't even give persona 4 any love.

Anyways even though the GB on this site hasn't up dated yet, but still SS already surpassed RO in WW sales(although it only had a digital release in EU).

Most people that wanted to play Persona, probably imported it from States/Canada/HK... I think that SS will outsell Gravity Rush. I hope that it will have good legs and evetually reach at least a 0,5 mil mark.

Well it wont help those poor people at eu locaization team, but hey at least getting the game is what matters. Im sure it will out sell Gravity Rush and only 3 game right now are above the 0.5 mark . I would argue that LBP vita reached or is close to reaching that mark, but VG has a history of tracking the series weridly.

If there was one.... I highly doubt there was more then one or so person involved in the eu localisation. They pretty much gave us the us version 1:1, no translation nothing. Don't ecpect people to buy a game they won't understand.

That guy must be very big on muilty national to understand every language in the eu.

Bet with gooch_destroyer, he wins if FFX and FFX-2 will be at $40 each for the vita. I win if it dont

Yes he is...

i know i know i was exagerating but since they didn't tranlate the game i doubt they had all that much work to do.

I mean i understand why it didn't get translated, it's a f***ing huge game with an enormous amount of text and translating that into every eu language  would probably not have been profitable... but you can't blame the EU people for it's "bad" numbers either for exactly the same reaseon. A textheavy game that is not in your mothertongue is a hard sell.

Why is it "hard sell"? I never played a game that was translated into my mother tongue. Not even the ones that were made here...

Speaking of Soul Sacrifice, the game just trolled me big time!

I was like, where does this chapter go...then boom! end game boss...finished the main story way sooner than I would have liked...BOOOOOO!!!

Then if that wasn't enough, first time I beat the end game boss, my damn Vita froze!!! I had to do the battle all over again...double BOOOOO!!!!!

Whaaaat? I've been playing non stop a day before it came out and I still haven't finished the game. Either you're amazing at it or I simply suck :-/

What level are you?

39/29 ... soooo... 68. The sad part is, I wasn't even able to get the LEs/SEs of te sigils that I wanted to use..boooooo!

Man, I'm level 100 (magic 62, life 38) and still struggling  to beat some bosses from the Avalan packs. What happens after you beat Magusar? Can you keep playing those avalon pacts? I really wanna fight him, but I wanna clear everything first.

There are bout 3 maby 4 people that i know (that live in my country) that i could give my copy of persona to and know they could play it without consulting a dictionary every five minutes...

Do i have a problem with my media being in english? No, but that's because i understand it. I don't know what kind of numbers people were expecting for a game that about 80% of the population (i pulled that number out of my ass) won't be able understand.

If i didn't understand english i would not give g F*** about the game and they could have put the japanese version on the selves for all i cared, it would have made no difference to me and i'm pretty sure the same goes for you. You may not play the games in your mothertongue but they still have to be in a language you understand. Esspecially a game like persona whose main focus is the interaction betwen characters.

I'm about half-way through the Avalon packs. Was doing it per chapter but the two wyvverns in VI. Pride kicked my ass so bad that I decided to skip it first and continue wiht VII. Judgment. I also just completed the firstset of the forgotten pacts and completed all of the other sourcerers pack save the last one which I have yet to start.

I found that the golem is broken like no other. plant them infront of most bosses and they go down fast!

Well, once you beat Magusar, you get the ending of your choice depening if you saved/sacrificed. Then like all hunting games, after the credits, you get the option to save and continue on with your game.

Magusar was a joke really, I was like, "wut, thats it?" then I went "DA FAQ IS DAT?!", then lastly "that was it?!"... the crazy part was that I wasn't even prepared to take on any huge ass nasty boss and I just went at it sword a swinging and button mashing lol!

Case in point, Senran Kagura Shinovi VS got imported by a lot of people around the world and I'm sure that there are a bunch who don't even understand Japanese (myself included) and still jumped in and enjoyed the game.

There are even people who imported the Japanese version of SS coz they couldn't wait and then re-bought it when the english version came out.

This doesn't work with every game and especially not persona. That game is what 70 or 80% text? good luck trying to play that without understanding it.

But by any means let's stop translating games into english (or any other language) since it's obviously not nessecary.
