This isn't a new tactic for marketing, but I've never seen it used for gaming hardware. Very weird.
It'd be nice to get some new info on tearaway, there really hasn't been much since it's initial reveal.
I have simply accepted the fact that the Vita is in an awkward place right now and it may or may not ever recover. However, because I skipped the psp and because sony are stubborn about providing at least minimal support for their systems forever I have no regrets about owning the system nor recommending it to others.
I don't think I'm brand loyal enough for the console war. I don't want the vita to die because it has games and features I find interesting. Similarly I want the wii u to recover because it has stuff I'm interested in or i think has potential. I have no animosity towards microsoft but at the same time they have absolutely nothing I want.
The Sly 4 animated movie is phenomenal! Got me really hyped for the game, and I've never played the series before and decided to buy it pretty much only because of the price. Now I can't wait for it. Damn, there are so many Vita games I have to play I don't think I'll have the time and money...
Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!
My Vita to-buy list: The Walking Dead, Persona 4 Golden, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, TearAway, Ys: Memories of Celceta, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, History: Legends of War, FIFA 13, Final Fantasy HD X, X-2, Worms Revolution Extreme, The Amazing Spiderman, Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate - too many no-gaemz :/

Sure! I need 6 grand arcanas and 1 jewel now (the jewel is less important, I'll surely get it on my crushing playthrough). But the thing I'm really searching for are the Fetishes that you get for trading in the Black Market. I recently got one from you, but lack all others! And I don't know how to get them. You sure? Because they released PS Store in 2006 and it wasn't until this week that we got a proper UI, a decent search engine and web browser compatibility. It's pretty good though. Now, it's only lacking the ability to remotely start downloads on our linked devices, like on Google Play. If they ever do this, I won't use it elsewhere anymore.
SEN also supports PayPal now (finally!). Sadly, region controls are also present on this service, and I can't use for not having an American credit card. I guess I will keep buying Amazon prepaid cards.
Well 2012 was adire ps vity year for me- Havent buy anything other than Golden Abyss, Gravity Rush and PSBR.
But this year look way better for me- Sly 4, Persona 4, Virtues Last reward, Tearway, Soul Sacrifice, Dragons Crown (if it will release in 2013)
Sure the launch was messed up but i blame third partys for it not Sony. Beside 1 or 2 companys like Sega and Namco all the other trad evita like shit. The only company that really support vita is sony themselfs.
